Wednesday, February 1st

Morning: Arrival at the Cancun International Airport. Transportation to the hotel Barceló Maya Grand Resort in the famous Mayan Riviera. Check-in and welcome drink. Receive your tournament welcome kit.

Afternoon: Start preparing for the tournament with a training session led by professional coaches. Or enjoy a free afternoon exploring all the hotel’s facilities.

Evening: Dinner at one of the hotel’s 16 restaurants. Have a night of fun at one of the 14 hotel bars or at the “Jaguar” club.

Saturday, February 4th

Morning: Buffet breakfast. Day two of group round play.

Afternoon: Tournament play continues. Don’t forget to cool off in the delightful Caribbean ocean between games.

Evening: Dinner and free time.

Thursday, February 2nd

Morning: Buffet breakfast. Let’s go explore some of the historic sites of the Yucatan peninsula during our morning excursion.

Afternoon: Continue enjoying the endless activities the hotel offers, including golf, tennis, paddle, water aerobics, beach volleyball, water polo, darts, table tennis, badminton, windsurf, kayak, catamaran, snorkeling, water tricycles, or take a scuba diving class.

Evening: Tournament welcome reception. Presentation of all the participating teams during a private event with open bar, music, and special performances. Dinner.

Sunday, February 5th

Morning: Buffet breakfast. Play your third game followed by finals for qualifying teams. Awards ceremony with cups and medals for the finalists.

Afternoon: Last afternoon to enjoy the limitless beach activities and luxuries of the exclusive Barceló hotel.

Evening: Dinner and farewell party at the Jaguar discotec

Friday, February 3rd

Morning: Buffet breakfast. The tournament begins. Represent your country and club in this international experience.

Afternoon: Lunch and relaxing afternoon at one of the many resort pools. Enjoy the swim-up bar or poolside cabana service.

Evening: Dinner and enjoy a spectacular show at Barcelo’s theater.

Monday, February 6th

Morning: Check-out and transportation to the airport. Journey home to your country filled with exciting memories and friendships. There is no better way to start 2023!
